CMEF 2007 Spring Show Update March 13, 2007
The 57th China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF 2007 Spring) and International Component Manufacturing Design show (ICMD 2007 Spring) organized by Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions, is going to take place at the Dalian World Expo Center from April 10 to 13 in 2007. The show is expected to reach a record-high exhibiting area of 85,000 m2.
The event is almost sold out after only 3 months of sales. It enjoys strong support among its key customers including GE, Johnson & Johnson, Kodak, Siemens, Roche, Hitachi, Toshiba, Aloka, Sony, Olympus, Zeiss, Erbe, Datex-Ohmeda, Pentax, Samsung, Fuji, Shimadzu, Agfa, and Drager, as well leading Chinese manufacturers like Wandong Medical, Neusoft and Mindray.
All show preparations are neatly underway. The organizer has already started an intense media campaign with more than ten domestic partners, China Medical Device Information (CAMDI), China Medical Device Magazine, International Medical Device, China Health, and the Bulletin of the Chinese Ministry of Public Health, to name a few. The international marketing efforts include advertisements in publications like IHE, HospiMedica, Infomedix, MPO, etc. The event bilingual website also saw a constant stream of daily visit of more than 1,000 page view, and the contents are regularly updated to reflect the industries movement and changes. Our internet partners, for example, Tech-Ex and May Deal, have also put on CMEF specials providing the latest information about the show. CMEF&ICMD garners generous support from the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Food and Drug Administration, as well as Dalian local governments. The Dalian SFDA and Public Health Department will organize large visitor groups consisting of mainly hospital staff to the Spring show.
